この研究をとおしてわかったことは，マルクス主義は"意外に"有効な議論をおこなっており，そこから学ぶことはたくさんあるということである．ここ十数年の日本の社会学界においては，マルクス主義は凋落傾向にあるといっていいだろう．しかしマルクス主義には理論と実証の両方で膨大な研究の蓄積があり，ソ連型の社会主義が崩壊したぐらいでこれをすべて捨て去るのは，決して社会学にとって得策とはいえまい．とくに合理的選択理論はマルクス主義と共通点を持っており，マルクス主義 (とくにマルクス主義的な歴史学や人類学) から学ぶことは多い．

- 763部は「発行」部数だから売れた部数ではないでしょう。13部というのも、あくまで「書店」で売れたものかと。推測ですが、北の知り合いが北から直接買った冊数が結構多いのではないでしょうか。もしかしたら、最終的には完売したのかもしれません。しかし、13部はあまりに切ないですね。 -- S (2005-11-28 23:17:20)
